Dr. Fraser completed his BSc at the University of Victoria before attending medical school at the University of Alberta and graduating with honours in 2004. He completed his residency training at Queen’s University and received the Resident Teaching Award in 2008.

In addition to his general obstetrics and gynecology practice, Dr. Fraser also has a colposcopy practice at the Cross Cancer Institute. He finds it especially rewarding to help people through their pregnancies and find ways to improve people's quality of life through gynecologic treatment. He is a member of the Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Canada, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and the Pacific Northwest Obstetrical and Gynecological Association.

Dr. Fraser enjoys spending time with his wife, their three busy children and dog ‘Nixy.’ When not at work or with his family, you will find him at the golf course or working on his newly started model railroad.
